Scope of Work:

  1. Receive & Decant shipping containers at Specific Management Warehouse Brisbane.
  2. Provide Container, out turn reports and live tracking of stock.
  3. Local goods to be delivered direct to site , Received and placed as per Matrix Approved by client.
  4. On site management of the FF&E installation program
  5. Trade Installation of all Art works and bed heads, mirrors.
  6. Traffic / Pedestrian management (as required)
  7. Arrangement & set up of equipment as per the Placement documentation provided.
  8. On site security & supervision of all goods
  9. Room key control
  10. Removal of all manufacture’s stickers
  11. Removal of packing material & rubbish from site
  12. Equipment final wipe down & vacuum off Hallways and Rooms.
  13. Verify & sign off all equipment installed on site
  14. Maintain a record of all issues & damages on site & the actions taken
