Scope of Work:

1. Receive, decant, and store 8 x 40ft shipping containers containing bedheads, floor-to-ceiling TV walls, mini bar joinery, and loose furniture such as bedsides, dining tables, desks, chairs, sofas, and daybeds.
2. Carry out delivery, unpacking, and placement of joinery items — including floor-to-ceiling TV walls, headboards, and minibars — to 230 suite rooms across 8 levels during the renovation/construction phase, coordinating with electricians, installers, and carpet layers.
3. Sequential, floor-by-floor delivery of FF&E items including bedsides, desks, sofas, daybeds, and décor, strictly following matrix schedules and floor plans to align with the client and designer’s specifications.
4. Complete delivery, placement, and setup of hotel public spaces including reception, lounge areas, and a 150-seat restaurant and bar.
