- Defects management and rectification.

Scope of Work:
- Receive & Decant shipping containers at Specific Management Warehouse Brisbane.
- Provide Container, out turn reports and live tracking of stock.
- Local goods to be delivered direct to site , Received and placed as per Matrix Approved by client.
- On site management of the FF&E installation program
- Trade Installation of all Art works and bed heads, mirrors.
- Traffic / Pedestrian management (as required)
- Arrangement & set up of equipment as per the Placement documentation provided.
- On site security & supervision of all goods
- Room key control
- Removal of all manufacture’s stickers
- Removal of packing material & rubbish from site
- Equipment final wipe down & vacuum off Hallways and Rooms.
- Verify & sign off all equipment installed on site
- Maintain a record of all issues & damages on site & the actions taken
