Scope of Work:

1. Receive, Decant & store 8x 40ft shipping containers containing
   bedheads, floor to ceiling tv walls and mini bar joinery items and
   loose furniture including bedsides, dining tables, desks, chairs,
   sofas and day beds.
2. Carry out delivery unpack and placement of joinery including
   floor to ceiling TV walls, headboards and minibars to 230 suite
   rooms over 8 levels during the renovation/ construction stage
   working alongside and coordinating with electricians, installers
   and carpet layers.
3. Sequential floor by floor delivery of FF&E items including bedsides, dining tables, desks, chairs, sofas, day beds and decor
   items ensuring the matrix and floor plans are followed to fully
   reflect the clients and designers plans.
4. Completing the delivery placement and setup of the hotel
   public spaces including reception & lounge areas and a 150pax
   restaurant and bar.
