Scope of Work:

1. Installing Joinery, Mirrors, Tv Mounts, Various Hooks and
   Wall Cabinets
2. Assisting Furn-niche to achieve their PC Requirements.
3. Decommissioning Rooms, to rectify design changes.
4. Warehousing and auditing remaining stock to use in
   design alterations
5. Defect rectifications and on-site maintenance for Joinery.

Challenges

1. 20 Rooms had their pre-approved designs, altered towards completion of the project.

Solutions

We were able to work with Furn-niche, Urban and Lyf to create both method and solution to accommodate new design with existing goods. Keeping works within completion dates, as well as offer maintenance assistance during hotel operating hours.
